I can email you our letter that we send out, but we tell the parents where the money will be used (field trips, enrichment programs, etc) and also we include the names and phone numbers of the officers. We also have a pizza party for the first class to reach 100% participartion, a popcorn patry for 2nd place, and a popsicle party for any other class who reaches 100%.

Hi, we have a new school and the no examples of forms or letters. I was elected to be the correspondence secretary. I am in desparate need for examples of letters, forms, etc. My first task is to write a letter for a membership drive. Any suggestions?
