I have had the same problem for almost three years now! Well, not anymore...we've FINALLY gotten our By-Laws drafted and approved! I think we are a much stronger group for it! It's been a real struggle for the past couple of years without them...we've just been "wingin' it!" We just seem to be better organized now, and more parents are wanting to become involved now that we are an "official PTO" than when we were simply, the "volunteer group."

Last night I asked about our bylaws I have never heard anyone mention them and I have never seen them. When I asked about it I was told they didn't think we had them and was sure we didn't need them? I am sure we do..How do I say that with out them thinking I want to be all about LAWS but want to have guidelines. Well now that I read what I wrote I guess I could say that?!? LOL OK now where is a good place to get them?
