I am corny corny corny . . . the kids thought (knew?) I was corny - but it was a good way for everyone to get to see a sample of each of the wrapping papers available through the sale.

I think the wallpaper idea is cute! What do the children think of it? I thought that hanging the parent's names outside of the rooms will make the children (and the parents) feel special.

O.K. - once you get those cutouts - here's what I did for our wrapping paper kick off this year - made the cutouts out of the different wrapping papers offered by our vendor then put them next to each other boy - girl - boy - girl and wrote "together we can make it happen". I know - I'm cheesy!

Most teacher supply stores have people cutouts that I've used for preschool projects. They come in a variety of colors and are about 12" tall.

What a neat idea to recognize PTO families!

Lisa,

I believe they were just paper cut-outs ran through a laminator. I was thinking of putting the paper figures around our PTO symbol since the symbol is round. I may just have to draw something freehand.

How totally cute!!! Were they sewn or copied off of paper?
