i am looking for a report in quickbooks 2003 (basic) that will take a income account and subtract a expense account and give me the total left. example:
income expense total
yearbook 3000.00 1000.00 2000.00
right now i am taking the budget report and manually inputting the figures to spreadsheets. thanks, debby
