Combine 3 PT's into 1

Okay guys I need some of your expertise here--since I am new to the PT World this year and you've all proved yourself knowledgable veterans in the past. We may combine 3 PT's into 1 for next year. Background info--my town is basically divided into East/West. Within East section we have a PreK-K school, a 1-3 school and a 1-5 school. In the past the K class was split between the 2 upper schools and then whole class rejoined at 4th grade. Messy I know. For next year they are restucturing. Now there will be a PreK-K school, 1st grade only and 2-5. My PT currently responsible for the PreK-K school will be taking over for both the PreK-k and 1st grade only since our kids will be moving up anyway. Now the PT group from the 2-5 grade school has approached us to possible due their school also. (They are all burnt out, no fresh blood seems to be coming in, etc.) In both PT's there are about 4 parents that do 90% of the work. Most of these parents have kids in at least 2 if not all 3 schools. It makes sense to join forces and volunteer resources at this point.

What I need from you guys, is What are we actually in for? Any words of wisdom here? I realize splitting funds will probably be a biggy, but anything els?
