You could always go with the oath from Animal House:

I, Your Name, do solemnly pledge allegiance to the PTO with liberty and justice for all. Amen.

The new board for the 2003-2004 season gets sworn in at our May meeting. No one can find the oath that is used to have them sworn in... the last board conveniently lost it... and we have a new principle that also doesn't have a copy...does anyone have a copy of the oath they use when new board members are swod in.... Thanks...
