I need to know what is proper protocol for a PTO when an issue needs to be voted on. When is it presented to the general members to vote on? Which issues need Board of Education approval? What role should the administration and superintendent play in a PTO? We are getting bombarded from all angles, and we need to know what exactly is the proper chain-of-command for a PTO to follow? Thanks for your help! You guys always come through for me!
