The former board member is harrassing a present board member?
The former member is harrassing the new board member. The former member is no longer in our school, nor is their child.
The former board members are showing up for meetings and starting trouble?
The former member is not showing up for the meetings, but the new member has a child at the same school as the former member. The new member also works for that particular school.
I was informed by one of my current vice presidents (after our last meeting) that a former board member told her that she was no longer a board member and that she shouldn't even show up for the meeting. She asked me not to mention anything to the other board members or our pricipals about the situation.
The former board member (whose child is now in a different school) along with another former board member were always starting something in the past couple of years they were members. I know this should not be tolerated, but do I go to the principals and / or current board members about this. The former board member does not reply to notes sent home to her, phone calls or e-mails.
