I'm afraid you'll have to be a bit more specific. I think I speak for just about everyone when I say that we ALL have some type of letter we send home with that information.

Last year, I made up and then sent home "Top Ten Reasons I Can't Attend A PTVO Meeting", a funny introductory letter from our group. Every month I sent home a newsletter with upcoming events. The week we held our monthly meeting got two notes sent home, one usually included the agenda.

So, can you be a bit more specific?

Awhile back I came across a letter that a President wrote to parents about their PTOs upcoming events, info, and a welcome. They sent it out at the beginning of the year and to new parents. I printed it but I've lost it. If anyone can help me relocate it I'd be very appreciative.
