Supermom goes over officer's heads!

man i really want to tell you to ask Supermom how she is going to handle to compaint!! No, what would be more appropreate would be to call a meeting with the Principal, teachers involved, your team, and (you decide) Supermom. There are questions that need to be answered but too these teachers need to know what happened and hopefully Supermom will apologize......I'm a dreamer.

two years ago we had parrents that decied to spend $75 on color copied flyers announcing the PTO's new commitee that was set up tp clean up and fix a playground that we used but owned but the school district. They even asked for their money back on the copies!! There was no committee, there could not be a committee. Because of the district policy on paperwork and repairs, these parents not only wasted $75 but got 25 parents in trouble for making repairs that were not according to OSA. They were mad, the school was mad, the PTO was really mad!! Anyway it was fixed (the issue and playground) but all this family had to do was come to a meeting and never did.

Supermom goes over officer's heads! was created by McArthur
Two weeks ago we had our first PTO meeting for the year. Last week, I became ill and I ask my vice-pres to fill in for me. This week we had another PTO Meeting and, out of no where, I have a mom who has helped in the past but kinda quietly, step up to bat and practically take over my meeting! I thought that maybe she was just over anxious or something til I went to school today and SHE sent a letter out to the teachers concerning disbursement of our PTO funds and their input. The principal had told her that she had to run it past an officer and none of us was approached. The letter went into the teacher's mailboxes and a few had picked them up, but then we had "negative" feedback from a couple of teachers who felt they had more say about the PTO funds than other teachers (they helped with the events). Now I had a mom who stirred up a hornets nest and some teachers who have recieved this letter and were offended and some teachers who haven't seenthe letter at all because my treasurer went and pulled the rest after the big blow-up! WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?!
