Hi Critter, I am the new treasurer of our PTO
this year and would much appreciate copies of your forms. In the past no form was used for reimbursement and more than half the time people were reimbursed without receipts!! I've been thinking about using a form and also using some kind of receipt when I accept cash from fundraisers, events etc. Do you use something like that? I am co-pres. and would also love a copy of your colored forms. We need all the help We can get! We have no records or books from the prior officers. Would it be possible to have a section of the website for sample forms, by-law examples, procedures, etc? It would be great to be able to go there if we need to see what other schools have done (no need to recreate the wheel) Judging by the number of people who want copies of the reimbursement forms, I'm guessing it would be a popular addition.
If you get a chance, email me privately. Maybe we can arrange to post those on our site for easy downloading. Depends on formatting, etc. -- but I bet we can find a way.
