Okay, I guess I got my answer. I typed in the web sites of School Check Recovery and School Collections and what popped up when I posted the question was the PTO Today web site. These companies are run by PTO Today?

? (they look like they are the same company just two different names) Feed back on your dealings with them would be appreciated. They both have PTO Plus incentives.
We're having an issue with one bounced $350 check from a fundraiser back in January. We've tried to work with the family and offered an installment plan to no avail. It's an out of state check and took our bank weeks to get back to us on the bounce (bounce notice received by phone the day after our fundraiser pickup).
As a last resort, we may publish a bounced check policy to go in effect at the end of this month. Send a copy of the policy to the $350 offenders and sign up with one of the above companies to try to collect this debt. No, we do not currently have a bounced check policy.
$350 is a large chunk of change for our organization, we don't have a big budget.
