I am suffering from some burn out. Even delegating is causing more work.
I just feel so DONE. My board members all say "I am not doing this again unless you are".
So there is that pressure. I have to say I have done a good job, I would like to see it through and do the 2 year term. I really feel like I dont have way out, as we are trying to restablish a PTO that was basically non existant before.
Also I have to work next year, at a paying job.( I am a SAHM now or should I say a stay at school mom).
I feel panicy as I start to plan next year.
There is no one else unfortunatly running against me.
Should I encourage it?? If someone had the desire to be president they may be better for the job.
Honestly its not that I want to get out of it. But I dont know what my personal situtation will be.
I would appreciate any input. I am a mess the closer we get to elections. (ididnt know it was a 2 year term)
