OK, I like that. I'll ask that when the slate of candidates are posted that we also post a 1 papagraph line of their platform.

Anything else?

We are a new school and are just setting up an organization. I could use a bit of advise on setting up the elections.

As of now we are thinking about doing it by ballot in December for this year and in May after that. Then the "Election Chairman" (that's me) has 14 days to tabulate results, present to the executive committee and then post results.

Also I start to seek nominations 45 days prior to the election and post the slate of candidates 30 days prior.

Also you have to be a dues paying member 30 days prior to the election to participate (either run or vote).

Anything that we might be leaving out? Are we over engineering?
