Same here. Principal's name and school address for the registered agent.

Several of us in discussions about that have elected to put the principal's name and use only the school's address so that a change doesn't have to be filed every year. Officers change, but - hopefully - the principal will be around for a few years.

I sent in our incorporation form and received it back. One question is this:

The name of the resident agent at the registered office is:

Would this be my name being the one who is filing the form??? I put PTO President but that's not enough.
