why would someone even want to do this? Does the school district know, if they are representing themselves as part of not only your group but your school that is an issue I would go much higher up with, they are not a part of your district and should not be using the logo, mascot without district approval!

It was brought to my attention today that there is a parent at our school who purchased a website and set it up as if they are with the pto, they have used our logo and mascot it looks like we did it. This person does not have good intentions, and bought the website through a company that protects their idenity. Is there anything that we can do? Or should do? Right now I was told to keep quiet about it (reason for not saying who I am) Has anyone had this happen to them?
