Did you ever bribe parents to volunteer?

We are almost ready to complete our 3rd phase in our Playground expansion project. In this phase, we are adding swings to our Kindergarten playground. Although in previous phases, the Board of Ed supplied the mulch and placed it in the appropriate areas, they cannot do so any longer. I don't have a problem getting mulch delivered, but I have to find someone to place it under the swings. The Board of Ed cannot spare employees to do this either. We thought of our local boy scouts, since they do various projects for us since we are their Charter School. However, its a big job. We would like to ask for parent volunteers, but we have trouble getting them for the fun activities at school.
Have you ever had to "bribe" your parents to volunteer to get something done or for an event? What did you bribe them with. We're not sure if we can afford a movie pass, but could probably get coupons for free ice cream cones at a local business. I'd love to obtain some ideas from all of you so I can start to solicit or research prices.
We'd probably equate the bribes with the amount of time they put in so those coming for a full hour would get more than a person only putting in 1/2 hour. Also, should students get less than a parent (I'm sure they won't be as productive)
