We meet at 7:00 PM. Our meetings generally last 45 minutes to 1 hour.

For regular general meetings they are first Tuesday of the month at 6:30.

If its for the board meeting we usuall just set something up at one of our houses when we can all get together. Also we meet before the general meetings and discuss things.

meetings are the 1st Monday of the month, 7:30 - ? However, we did start last year to have followup meetings on the Thursday that followed the PTO meeting with moms that couldn't attend in the evening. Since we couldn't allow them to bring kids (school policy) we had little attendance. but we did try it so those that were unavailable at night could attend & provide input. Our minutes are posted on line as well to keep parents informed of all PTO business. Even our regulars check it if they had to miss a meeting!

For the board, we get together before the school year and figure out what day of the week and time is good for most of us (hopefully all of us).

We have done 12:30 the past 2 years, 90 minutes before school gets out.

If you don't expect too much from me, you might not be let down. <img src=images/smilies/smile.gif>

We meet at 6 pm with the principal at the school Most of us work so it's "the next stop in the day" for us and the principal is usually there until at least 5:30 or 6 anyway so then he's not waiting around until 7 or after just to get started.

It works out good for all of us, as a board we only meet once every other month. General meetings are at 7 pm.
