Hi, I'm looking to see if someone has a copy of their Articles of Incorporations, more specifically tailored to the State of Minnesota's requirements. I have the PTO today Startup guide and have worked with that sample, but am worried I'm missing something more specific to our state.

Are the Bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation basically one in the same, or should they be different?
