Dear Friends,
We are new to this community and are becoming involved in our child's PTO. We have a huge concern because there are no by-laws for our schools' PTO to be found anywhere. As a matter of fact, the teachers and other parents report that the by-laws have not been seen for 'a couple of years'. :confused:
We have a concern because we have a volunteer at our school(who has no children enrolled at any school) nominated themself as a PTO officer. Is this legal?
We are in the process of collecting the by-laws of the surounding schools to re-establish our own. Any Suggestions?
