Looking for a donation

Does COstco have a location near you?

We do business with them and on top of giving us $10.00 for every new member that is referred by the school and anyone who is affiliated with the school that renews their membership, they give us perks like cakes, food, etc BUT also picks from their close-out merchandise. This includes printers, etc. when they are discontinuing a model, TVs, DVDs, etc.

If there is a location near you, talk to them about a possible donation. They do them, much more than SAM's Club

Another concern is...

If your organization is having trouble affording the printer, can they afford to maintain it? Print toner is probably about $100.

Our PTO wants to purchase a Laserjet All In One printer. We have some money, but not enough. We don't feel we can solicate area businesses as they are all tapped out from the school year. Does anyone know if Target or Walmart or a large company like them, donates printers? I called HP and they are only willing to give us a five percent discount on a printer. The printer we are interested in, along with the cables and ink cartridges will cost around $500.

Any help would be greatly apprecaited.
