Does anyone out there do a general publishing of your budget? Previously we offered copies during the meeting where the budget was presented for vote and people could just mark it up with changes, then if anyone wanted a finalized copy they could ask, but this year we're thinking of sending a copy home to all parents as part of our newsletter. The thinking behind this is that it lets everyone see how our group benefits our school and how important the fundraisers are to our school.
