We would also LOVE to create a procedures manual! ie Code of Ethics contract for board memebers, Conflict Resolution procedures, Guidelines for meetings and committees, etc. Essentially a "map" that is not just the basic framework of the bi-laws but a nuts and bolts procedures guide, doesn't even have to be super specific so that boards don't have any wiggle room, but that helps those behind us to navigate and organize themselves in our wake so that each new board doesn't have to keep reinventing the wheel year after year! Anyone with ideas in that subject would be REALLY welcome!

Our PTO sub commitee is at this time researching,
and writing a policy and procedure manual. I would love advice or even examples of manuals that have been compiled by other members. We hope to pass this on to the officers that will take over next year and for years coming. We need info on all and any subjects relating to the officers
and commitees.We have, this school year, to compile and write the manual. Hoping once this is completed to make life easier for those following in our shoes.
