yes, that's where the idea came from.
Look at this months issue of PTO today. Everything is in there as well.
Or, in the "search" on top of this page, insert Procedure binder and boom you got your answers.

I am all for the procedure binder for each commitee chair. I will email some of what I did, however, each binder may be different in one way or another. Check out this months issue of PTO Today magazine. If you don;t have it, order from this site.
Also, use the search on this site and put in Procedure binder and all you need is in it.

I need help!! I am trying to put together a notebook for each of my board members and what their responsiblities and/or duties are. I will also be including any after action reports available,(which are few and far between),an outline for them to complete an after action report for next year's board and bylaws, etc. What I need are any ideas on what you may show as duties for each committe;ie; Book Fair chairperson, General Mills Box Top Chairperson. I know this should be easy but I will take any short cuts I can get. As you all know those who volunteer are the busiest folks around.
