Have you tried a local trophy store they might have some display info there.

When we need things that are traditionally in schools, we ask the district for their price because it is usually better than anywhere else. We have also found that ours will sometimes pay for things for our school that we didn't know they would-like replacing or updating things they supplied in the first place. You might also try a local office supply store and see if they will sell it to you at their cost.

I'll second that! Display cases are VERY expensive! We got lucky at at flea market and purchased a used one for $250. You may want to give it a try!
