We don't because we already say it in the morning at school and our meetings take place right after school so it seems redundant. If we had meetings on Saturdays or late at night we might.

The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris

We don't, except at like our open house where there is a large crowd we do. But our PTO meetings we don't.
