Cash handling

I saw some at walmart.

The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris

We have the same situation. I wonder if you contact one of the companies that manufactures the cash boxes if they would have something available. I guess I'd start at an office supply place first. Something I'll have to check into on my next trip to Staples.

Does anyone know of a source for a small money tray? We have several metal cash boxes that we use for fundraising events/carnival, but the plastic money trays that are included have only one section large enough to hold bills; the rest are for coins. Our volunteers are constantly sifting though piles of bills to make change.

It would be much easier (and safer!) to use a money tray designed for bills, but I can only find large ones (11 x 17, 11 x 14, etc). Our boxes are only 11 x 8. I guess I could buy the larger ones, just to use at our events, but it would be nice to have something that stores inside the box.

Any ideas?
