Software?

We are very excited about the PTO Manager software program. Over the past several years, we have heard from thousands of groups that they would like a better way to help recruit and manage volunteers as well as manage their finances. The Golden Futures Foundation provided a great software product for managing volunteers, but the product was not web based. After talking with them, we decided it made sense to build a web based solution because of the obvious benefits to parent groups (no software to install or maintain, access from anywhere, multiple officers able to log-in simultaneously, and easier transition to new officers).

We plan to have a demo of the product available for people to see on the PTO Manager web site PTO Manager Info within the next couple of weeks. The program should be ready for use by mid-June and we will offer schools a free trial period so they can check it out.

I am happy to answer any other questions you might have about PTO Manager. Feel free to call me at 800-644-3561 x209.

Mike

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but maybe someone can help.We have used the Futures Program software for the past several years to keep track of our PTO members, volunteer activities, and volnteer hours. I just got a letter saying it will be discontinued and recommending a new PTO Today software product named PTO Manager! They referred me to the PTO Website for more info about PTO Manager. I've looked at it but would like to have more of a hands on view of the new softwre. Has anyone else received this letter? What are oyur thoughts? When/how can will we see the PTO Today software?
