See--sometimes those simple answers are right there in front of you but you don't see them! DUH!! It must be all that Jersey air gone to my head!
We just had a Tricky Tray--now I'm sorry I used that second set of 4 passes to The Land of Make Believe! That would have made a good "family prize." Luckily we didn't hit up every "family" oriented fun place (Howe Caverns, those sorts of places), and some places said no or didn't repond at all, so we can hit them up.
We're also contemplating using our share of the points we earned with Market Day and using them for prizes as well.
Since you are in Northern Joisey (hahahaha couldn't resist) how about some Simon Mall gift certificates in different denominations or Blockbuster Gift certificates.....We did a CD player too...Movie gift certificates too...
We'd like to have give-aways while the kids are walking around--sort of like the DJs do at dances. However, being rather un-creative we're having a hard time coming up with ideas. Any suggestions?
Also--what prizes would you recommend to get the 6 ,7 and 8th graders more interested in participating? I figured some sort of portable CD player, but what else?
