Our board had a significant falling out. We were unable to work out our differences within our boad meetings, and it all came to a head at a general meeting. We now have rumors flying thru the school and sides are drawn. The board members who staged a walk out in the middle of the meeting are now determined to destroy the PTO. They had run (almost into the ground!) the PTO for years single handed. There were no bylaws, no parent involvment. If any member questions their descisions, it's like a public execution. I need help on how to regroup our parents. Does anyone have any ideas? Motivational speakers?
