Is there anything that we could do as a PTO once we changed?

If you're asking whether there is a similar state- or national-level PTO contest out there, the answer is no. But there isn't any reason why you couldn't come up with a similar contest to be done just at your school, or maybe even jointly with other PTOs in your area if you're really ambitious. You'd have to come up with a theme, then figure out some guidelines. I remember seeing a Catholic school district in our area holding a district-wide art and photography contest a number of years ago. I don't think it included the music and literature components that Reflections has, but at least it was something.

We are still looking into the PTO as an option we are still PTA. I'm trying to cover all the basis & ques that may come up. With the PTA they have the Reflections contest where students do literature, photography, music, etc on a certain topic. Is there anything that we could do as a PTO once we changed? Would we just set the guidelines? Has any of you out there done anything like this? Thank you.
