Months ago someone sent me AWESOME info about how she ran a very successful walk-a-thon. The thing that sticks out most in my memory is that she had the pledges amassed by family rather than student, to make it easy on families that had more than one student in the school. I asked the question a while back--check out this thread:
We're doing one in a few months, and still haven't decided to use the company or not--my VP still opts for them to make it easier on us--but I'm just not ready to hand over that sort of dough!!
