Ok, because of wonderful budget cuts we are still waiting to get information on getting a website for our PTO. Does anyone have any information on the sites that offer free websites? Is it easy to build your own website?

The reason I listed this here is because I would love to see some of these....you dont have to sell...... fundraisers.... like netflix and such....
so any information, like are the free sites worth it? is there sites that offer fairly cheap websites? Is it complicated to build a website?
