We did not do a letter, but a really sharp looking brochure. Ours was called an "ART & OTHER AUCTION" The Art work was student worked selected by the Art teacher. We paid for framing of about 15 paintings/watercolors/pencil drawings. The students also did ceramics and furniture as art. We had a total of about 30 pieces of student art work. All this was sold at the live auction. The "OTHER" was the stuff we collected from local businesses. I would be glad to share a copy of the brochure.
