American girl fashion show and tea:
Set up tables around a "runway." The girls who want to participate dress like their favorite American Girl. Moms get to watch the show and the girls have fun being in a fashion show.
Have a refreshment table to one side selling tea, coffee cakes, cookies and finger sandwiches.
Raffle off your doll.

We did something similar yeeears ago - I was one of the models.

We've never done this but maybe you can have s fashion show with a handful of girls in the school as your model (all sizes). Check out the food menu at the American Girl store (look online) and try to incorporate some of their ideas into your luncheon. It should be pretty simple. Small finger sandwiches for the adults (maybe pb&j sandwiches cut fancy for the kids), hot tea, iced tea. Maybe you can find tea cups at the dollar store to fill with candy and use for little favors, etc. Bring your doll for a luncheon and fashion show. In our area they charge $20-$25 per person....

Thanks to the Pleasant Co., we have gotten an American Girl Doll. I am trying to figure out the best way to make the most money, and am considering having an Americal Girl Tea. Has anyone ever done this? How much work, etc. is it? How much do you charge for admission, and what types of activities do you have? Any help is appreciated....

Thanks...as always :D
