Hi Lanette - Did you do this fundraiser and was it successful? We are considering discount cards with local merchants - but the gas card idea might be more appealing. We recently completed frozen Grandma's Pies and distributed those on P/T conference nights and they were a HUGE hit. We'll definitely do pies again next Fall.
Any info on the gas card fundraiser would be appreciated.
We have not begun this fundraiser yet (in fact our kick off is not until the end of Sept) but based on the talk at the school I think it is going to be a big hit.

They do all of the leg work getting 4 of your local gas stations to give discounts per gallon, cards are valid for a year and they cost $10 w/the school/PTO keeping $5. They have several different purchase plans. I've never heard so much excitement at the school over a fundraiser.
