You may want to contact this company www.aplusmemories.com.
They are a fundraising company with very unique products but they also supply items for student stores at excellent prices good prices.

I would have to agree. Target or Wal-Mart would be the best unless you have a Costco where you live. Watch Target, I just picked up 30 pairs of scissors (yes, 30) for 12 cents each! Then I donated them to my daughters school. Watch the "junk" that they put at the end of aisles for clearance, thats where I happened to see the scissors. Most stores (the ones we deal with) if we call them, they donate. Make it a "friendly competition" between stores. Good luck!

Hi we get school suuplies to keep on hands for kids without. Each teacher gets a startup get in the fall and then there is always more on hand in our storage room. 99.99% of these supplies come from Walmart. In mid july they start with their school supplies and if you watch each week they have different stuff on sale. For example This past summer i paid 15 cents for elmers bottle glue, 20 for two pack of glue sticks,or crayola crayons. I got a less known brand of crayons for 15 cents (count of 24 crayons). Notebooks for 25 cents, markers, color pencils for 75 cents. It takes some planning to get them as some stores do limit but some stores dont. I havent found anyplace that carries supplies cheaper even at wholesale cost..its called buying power.

You could probably contact the manufacturer's directly, but I would guess that could be time consuming. I would be more tempted to contact a big discounter like Target or Walmart and see if they could purchase the items in bulk for you. We used Walmart one year to get us a big quantity of votive candle cups for a school wide craft project.

Our elementary school will be trying something new this year. We will be offering our students a backpack and/or school supply items for purchase at the end of this year. Students can order the backpack alone, which has our school's name embroidered on it, can purchase only the recommended school supply items for their grade, or, can purchase the backpack complete with their supplies tucked neatly inside!

We chose not to go with the pre-assembled school supply companies listed on this website, as they were quite expensive, so we decided we'd purchase all the pens, markers, notebooks, etc. ourselves. Only thing is, we're looking at a Staples catalog and we're wondering if there's a better place to purchase these items at bulk for a lot less than Staples or Office Depot?

Each of our grades requires different supplies, so our fees will change with each grade. We would like to at least take advantage of buying composition notebooks, pens/pencils, erasers in bulk so we can earn a little money from this fundraiser.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to a company that we could call for bulk purchases? Thanks?
