Hey all4kids, If your talking about America's Lemonade Stand, I've got a story. Three yrs. ago we received a postcard in the mail from them gauranteeing we would make a $2000.00 profit if we did a catelog sale with them. We called wondering what the catch was. No catch the rep. said. After telling him we just finished our Book Fair and that several of our local factories had major layoffs, we signed a contract with him. What did we have to lose? Well, our profit came in at $900.00. The rep. was not happy. This had been his promotional idea and the company didn't know anything about it, nor would they back him. He didn't want to pay us and tried giving us his inventory instead. We eventually got $500.00 plus the $900.00 we made on the sale. It was a nightmare and we now do company checks on the reps. Which company seems to have the better profit from a catlog sale? We didn't make our goal from our 1st big fundraiser and looking to do other things.
