I need your help, and hopefully we can help others.
When I joined my PTO the hardest thing I noticed was coming up with letters, pamplets, lists, ideas etc... from scatch.
I've gotten many samples from the different users here at the forum which has saved me countless hours of creating from scratch.

I would like to make sharing this information a little easier. Instead of one person emailing the same item to fifty different people, I'm creating a website where PTO moms & dads can download, a pamphlet or a letter or what ever, and edit it to their needs.

because you can never have too many samples of a donation letter or pamphlet to yours from.

There is an E-mail list feature on the website. I can email everyone when there are some new items on the site. (this would be very low volume) or you can add the site to your favorites and check back often.

I hope this helps everyone and makes it easier for us to share information.
