Check with Admin 'the Food Gestapo' doesnt always cover before, after school and some already planned fundraisers (some have Grandfather clauses)

Thanks alot. Sno cones might work but we have new State rules involving Healthy choices so I will have to check. That is why we can't have pizza parties. Go figure.

OK, I see. Well, kudos for the 'participation' rule you use. At least you know info is going out and coming back in so the communication cycle is complete.

Here are just a few suggestions:

1. An extra recess (gets two thumbs up from my 12 year old...)
2. Sno-Cones (relatively cheap even if you rent the machine.
3. Homework Pass (within set rules)

That's all I've got right now. I'm sure others will chime in.

We have 52 classes and only about 10 do not receive the 100%part. Each class has anywhere from 17 to 32 students. The budget is as cheap as we can get by on because the 100%part. doesn't mean that everyone sold something, it just means they participated by either turning back in the product we sent home to sell or actually selling one.

Wow, 1,040 kids is a lot! What percent of your classes (total # of students) usually receive the reward and what is your budget for the incentive plan?

Our PTO in the past has rewarded every class that had 100% participation in the fundraiser with something. Sometimes it has been a movie or pizza or icecream. This year it has to be something different. I need help coming up with cheap ideas for a K-8 school with 1040 kids in it.
