I forgot to tell you all that we are an elementary school having spirit week for our high school's homecoming game, but I really love the idea of decorating doors!! THANKS! Keep those ideas coming!

I am not sure how your school is set up but at our high school we decorated our halls and had a contest. Each grade was given a hall to decorate, as high school students we did it, but if it can be done at your school the staff may do that too.

During Dr. Suess week we have a door contest. You could have the teachers to do doors or bulletin boards to show their spirit.

We also do silly things to show our spirit. What kind of spirit can anyone have with no fun? We have hat days, sunglasses day, spirit day (wear school colors if you don't have anything with logos on it), favorite team day, inside out day (kids wear their clothes inside out), p.j. day, (with restrictions of course), favorite team day, crazy hair day, silly sock day, decade day (wear clothes from your favorite era).

School is almost upon us (we start Aug.18) and usually around the first part of Sept. we have spirit week to coincide with one of the High School football games (usually homecoming). This is only our second year and last year our spirit week chair ran things horribly. I am thinking of taking this on, but before I say "I DO", I would love some ideas from you guys. HELP! :D
