You can keep track in excel and then do a mail merge in word and choose labels as your format. The only problem is you'll have to use a cutter to cut the names. Not sure how many kids you'll have.

We only have 150 kids and I've just used those 50/50-type tickets and wrote each kids name on the back and kept in a large bucket. When the fundraiser is over, we pull from the bucket.

we are doing a fundraiser were we have promised to put in the students name x the amount of cases sold

so if they sold 5 cases 5x5=25names in drawing

i am looking for an easy way to print these names
does anyone know of a program that will help with that????
