You didn't say what kind of raffle...when we do a money raffle we usually sell tickets for $1 for 1, $2 for 3 or an armslength(15) for $5 and when we do our theme baskets we do $1 for 3, $3 for 10 and $5 for 20. It's just tickets or pieces of paper to you and people want to get the best deal for their money so they usually spend the $5. Good luck.
