Now this is probably not too earth-shattering and I wasn't involved in it but I heard them talking about the check-out for our "gala" auction. As soon as silent auction was over, they grabbed the tickets/sheets where people had signed their names. These were immediately put in alphabetical order so that if you bought several items, all your tickets would be together. We had several lines going plus we also had the school business manager and the school bookkeeper there, helping out. (we're a private school). It didn't seem to last too long. Good luck..

Trying to solve last year's problem. RUSH! Check out time at the auction. We just could not make it happen faster. Could anyone tell me how you handled your auction check out?
