Does anyone have a sample letter that is sent home to the parents explaining the auction and why they should attend and donate items? I suggested to our auction chair that the letter we send to companies requesting donations is too cold to send to the parents. Now I've been told to compose a letter to the parents. I'm having trouble composing this as I'm already in charge of the mailing, logging all donations/rejections, ticket design and PO treasurer. My brain is overloaded right now!!!
