Our PTO voted tonight to change our method of fundraising from several per year, to just two: asking for a Pledge for the whole school year; and our Read-a-thon in the spring.

Have any of the others of you had such a pledge fundraiser like this? I'm responsible for writing the information letter and pledge cards going out to the parents and would like some suggestions from those who've done this before. How did it work?
