Phone Cards

PTA Renegade - It is actually Fuel For Life phone cards. The buyer pays $10.00 for the 500 minute card. We don't purchase the cards to sell. We send in the order to them. They say no connect fees, actual talk time is 500 minutes. They also have cards for more talk time as well, plus international and Mexico bands. It sounds like a good deal although our principal isn't in to it. She is more interested in the Coke and Pepsi sales. We are just looking for seed money right now since we are a new PTO. I just don't know about this company and I'm not sure how to go about checking it out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We just did a phone card fundraiser and it totally bombed. Your prices are much better than ours though. Ours were 100 minutes for $10. We only made a little over $200. We'll never do that one again!

I think with so many people having cell phones with free nights and weekends as well as nation wide long distance really took a toll on this fundraising effort.

Yours may go over much better though. I'd pay $10 for 500 minutes, but not for 100.

Has anyone out there been offered Lifeway Phone Cards - 500 minutes for 10.00? Don't know whether to dive into this or not. Any advice would be appreciated.
