Our PTO started recycling printer cartridges last year, at my behest. We hoped to make $300 on it, and ended up making $1,500!! But then we began to have major problems with the recycler - Recycle Rewards. Poor communication, taking forever to pay, and we think, just flat out lying to us on more than one occasion. So we decided to try Treasure Valley Toners (now Integrated Environmental Solutions), which is also Cash for Cartridges. We've sent them two shipments and have yet to receive a chek (8 weeks later). Supposed to have received supplies and labels too, but still nothing. All we get is excuses and lame explanations. We're ready to try somebody else.
So, I'd like to know which recycling company others have used and which you've had the best luck with. Any and all advice will be GREATLY appreciated!!
