Has anyone held a scholarship dinner fund raiser? This is about all I know about it. You hold a dinner and parents by tickets for the dinner. All the money is then put in a pot where it is invested and administered. When say the 1st grade class graduates from the local high school...if the student was in the 1st grade when the dinner was held and graduates from high school and going on to tech school or college, they get a % of the money from that Scholarship dinner school. I heard it was done in Florida...but need more details.
