We get poster boards by the case at the Parent-Teacher Store in the next town. But for a few our Dollar Store and even the local pharmacy has them too.
You can get a talented person (even a not talented person because I have done a few!)to draw what you want on there, you can use die cuts, and we have even used enlarged clipart for some of them.
